Great location.
Great location, handy for the funicular to the Città Alta. Bus stop for the airport bus stops outside hotel. 15 min walk to the train station.

Wonderful welcoming staff make this a special place to stay and enjoy Bergamo.
Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of selection.Very comfortable beds for a great night's sleep.
The bathroom could do with some updating, Shower was only adequate.

Great hotel highly recommend.
Breakfast was wonderful and catered for everyone, it was plentiful and all items replaces quickly. Location was perfect for us, right beside the xmas markets and on the other side the lift to the old town very central for our needs.
Smell of Weed in the corridor of the 4th floor. Not the hotels fault in fairness.

First time in the area and we will return, likley to be early season
location is great, staff very attentive, cleanliness & housekeeping really good. Breakfast first class. Didn't dine at the hotel as pricing was too high and outdoor! Bed in our room was beyond it's useful life. Aircon/heating, as we have experienced in other Italian hotels, has a mind of its own
